Stewart Smith has been active in the Alaska Commercial Real Estate market since 1981. He has represented many local and national tenants and buyers in their continued search for the “right” commercial property. Stewart is truly committed to his clients’ commercial real estate needs in Alaska. He has owned and operated several small to medium sized businesses and is aware of the needs of the commercial client on a personal level. Stewart’s association with Keller Williams Realty allows him to have a nation-wide network of real estate professionals to assist in all of his clients’ real estate needs in state or out of state. Alaska has been his home for 39 years, along with his wife, Tammy, and their two children.

Prior to moving over to Keller Williams Realty, Stewart was the top Commercial Real Estate licensee for 9 years at RE/MAX Properties in Anchorage. He has been a member of the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club and won awards such as the Platinum Club Award, Hall of Fame Award and Chairman’s Club Awards, all during his time with the company. Since moving to Keller Williams Realty, Stewart has earned 2 Double Gold Awards, 2007 and 2008, #1 Keller Williams Licensee in the Northwest Region and has been ranked the #7 highest selling Keller Williams Licensee in the Nation.

Ryan Mae Lucas has been active  in real estate for more than 6 years. She has diverse market experience and has been dual licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and Mortgage Solicitor in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is committed to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations in commercial sales, leasing, and business broker services.

Ryan handles administrative and sales support, investor representation, tenant representation, and site acquisition/disposition transactions.

She is a senior at the University of Alaska Anchorage, completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance with an investment concentration. Outside of a productive and rewarding work life, Ryan is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys the great Alaska outdoors and volunteering her time to local community organizations.
