Stewart Smith has been active in the Alaska Commercial Real Estate market since 1981. He has represented many local and national tenants and buyers in their continued search for the “right” commercial property. Stewart is truly committed to his clients’ commercial real estate needs in Alaska. He has owned and operated several small to medium sized businesses and is aware of the needs of the commercial client on a personal level. Stewart’s association with Keller Williams Realty allows him to have a nation-wide network of real estate professionals to assist in all of his clients’ real estate needs in state or out of state. Alaska has been his home for 39 years, along with his wife, Tammy, and their two children.

Prior to moving over to Keller Williams Realty, Stewart was the top Commercial Real Estate licensee for 9 years at RE/MAX Properties in Anchorage. He has been a member of the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club and won awards such as the Platinum Club Award, Hall of Fame Award and Chairman’s Club Awards, all during his time with the company. Since moving to Keller Williams Realty, Stewart has earned 2 Double Gold Awards, 2007 and 2008, #1 Keller Williams Licensee in the Northwest Region and has been ranked the #7 highest selling Keller Williams Licensee in the Nation.

Ryan Mae Lucas has been active in real estate for several years. She has diverse market experience and has been dual licensed as a Realtor and Mortgage Broker in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is committed to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations in commercial sales, leasing, and business broker services.

Ryan handles investor representation, both landlord and tenant representation, as well as site acquisition/disposition transactions. Her mantra in business has always been to use a common sense approach to solve complex problems for businesses and investors to understand. “Having the right attitude, diligence in your work, and commitment to excellence goes a long way in this business, but it goes even further if those around you can celebrate and participate in that success as well.”

She holds a  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance with an investment concentration from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Outside of a productive and rewarding work life, Ryan is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys the great Alaska outdoors and volunteering her time to local community organizations, including the advisory board of Heritage Land Bank for the Municipality of Anchorage.

Reece Burnett is a lifelong Alaskan who has recently joined our commercial team. He has a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Idaho. Reece focuses on using his acquired marketing skills to better suit clients’ needs whether he is selling, leasing or looking to purchase.

Reece comes from a family with history of over 35 years in the Anchorage commercial real estate industry. In his spare time Reece enjoys the great Alaska outdoors. He is an avid fisherman, who cans and smokes his own salmon each year.

Tracy Scott is the most recent addition to the KW Commercial team. She has been an owner of small businesses for over 15 years – Construction Company, restaurant, vacation and corporate rentals by owner. She has many years of property management experience with thorough knowledge of Alaska landlord tenant relations. Tracy has also successfully managed a nationally branded tax office for six years and has 180 + CPE credits in tax law and regulation.

Tracy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast and currently is a CPA candidate. Her current specialty is investment property for individuals and smaller investment groups, as well as commercial properties geared for small business owners.
